I have been working in the financial industry for more than 10 years. During my years in financial industry, I noticed that many people learned about loan while they were taking loans. A lot of people do not even learned about it until it's too late, meaning they are in deep trouble to meet their dues.
Even more people never ever learned about loan, thinking that taking loan is like getting into a cage of lions ready to eat you up.
Loan (a good loan) is a leverage to build your business. A lot of business take up loan to increase their asset, hence increase their productivity which in turn increased their sales, and at the end increased their profit.
